Yoga Nidra Meditation


Yoga Nidra (also known as Yogic Sleep) is meditation while lying down. It releases stress and tension by promoting deep rest and relaxation. As you lie down in savasana you follow the voice of our instructors as they guide you through a meditative experience.  Join us on the last Friday of every month at 5:45 PM.  Call for details.
